Terms of Service and Software License.

These Terms govern the purchase, delivery and use of Ronin Zen digital software, scripts, updates and documentation. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have reviewed these Terms before payment.

License grant

A completed purchase grants one personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the purchased Ronin Zen edition. Ownership of the software, source material, branding and documentation is not transferred.

Customer responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for deciding whether, where and how to install or use the software, for understanding the rules applicable to their games, consoles, accounts, competitions and online services, and for all consequences arising from their use. The customer must ensure that use is lawful and permitted by every applicable third-party agreement.

Third-party platforms and enforcement risk

Ronin Zen is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sony, PlayStation, Activision or any game publisher, platform operator or tournament organizer. Third parties may change software, detection systems, technical restrictions, terms or enforcement policies at any time. Use may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, loss of access or permanent account or device bans. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronin Zen is not responsible for such third-party decisions or their consequences.

Immediate digital supply and withdrawal

The product is digital content prepared for the authenticated customer and made available without physical media. At checkout, the customer must separately request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once preparation or supply of the digital content begins, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost where applicable law permits. Because a delivered digital file can be retained or copied, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after supply has begun.

This provision does not exclude mandatory consumer remedies where the digital content is not supplied, is defective, or does not conform to the contract, nor any other right that cannot legally be waived.

Compatibility and updates

Supported platform, controller, firmware and game-version requirements shown on the product page form part of the product description. Third-party updates can affect compatibility or operation. Lifetime updates means updates Ronin Zen chooses and is able to release for the purchased product during its supported lifetime; it does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with every future third-party change.

Prohibited conduct

The customer may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share or commercially exploit the software or documentation; remove, alter or conceal identifiers; attempt to bypass licensing or download controls; provide false account information; or use another customer’s account or file. Licenses may be suspended or revoked for breach, fraud, chargeback abuse or unauthorized distribution.

Security and account access

The customer must safeguard credentials and MFA factors and promptly report suspected compromise. Ronin Zen may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse or maintain service security.

Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, specific gameplay outcomes and immunity from third-party enforcement are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ronin Zen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost game progress, lost account access, loss caused by third-party platform action, or misuse contrary to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and support

Material changes apply prospectively and will be published with a new version date. The version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. Support and legally valid refund or conformity requests can be sent to support@roninzen.com.
